Looking into the future.

This is not a good representation of this painting, the light is wrong, the picture isn't in focus but at least you get the idea of the size of this painting. All that concerned me was that the client absolutely loved it and was very happy. I have been asked to do another commission for them later in the year. Lovely lovely family and a pleasure to work with them.

Personally I would rather have refreshing flowers like these in my bed room than more formal  paintings. These would also look lovely in a guest suite or holiday home, or a childs bedroom or or or. Whimsical Flowers

Inspired by the beautiful artwork of Laurence Amelie and Claire Basler, I just love their loose whimsical shabby chic style of painting. I will definitely be doing more of this.
